Baliskulls is a completely responsive eCommerce website that I did design, development, and photography for. This project was extremely time sensitive; my client needed the project from inception to completion in two and a half weeks time for a trade show. With this intense deadline, I had to make haste. We set up a makeshift photography studio in my apartment and shot the entire inventory as well as header and promotional images. After initial inventory photos, I did image retouching and initial website layouts. I set up the payment processing and organized the eCommerce store including the shipping and coupon code structure. Following this, I created static content pages, blogging structure, and contact/newsletter forms. Finally, I QA tested the website on mobile and made final tweaks. This process was especially important because a large portion of my clients’ shoppers come to the site through mobile browsing.
