Replicon’s corporate website had some strong bones, but not much personality or information. We had to fix this and fast! I had many roles in this corporate website overhaul including project manager and lead graphic designer. My work ranged from visual story boarding and wireframing to keeping all our stakeholders on time and on task. I worked with our Vice President of Marketing, Copywriter, Web Team, and fellow Graphic Designer to run this redesign from initial idea-boarding to launch. I was able to keep all of our team members and stakeholders on task, on time, and on brand through completion. I also personally designed many of the assets included in the final iteration. Recent analytics have shown increased interaction with our ‘application pages,’ and longer time spent on the ‘solution pages,’ meeting redesign goals.
